Garbe Institutional Capital takes over fund and asset management mandates in the Netherlands

Hamburg/Amsterdam, 15. November 2018 – Garbe Institutional Capital (GAIN Capital) took over fund- and asset management mandates from Bouwfonds Investment Management with respect to a Dutch office and retail-portfolio of approx. EUR 500 million. GAIN Capital also takes over the team managing the mandates and opens a new branch in Amsterdam. With this takeover the Garbe Group, expands its pan-European real estate platform to a volume of approx. EUR 4 billion. 

The portfolio comprises of 67 assets which are located throughout the Netherlands. The majority of the assets are located in innercity locations in the Randstad, one of the strongest economic regions in Europe.

GAIN Capital is an investment manager in all relevant real estate sectors. The successful year 2018 shall be continued with further expansion of business activities in western Europe – with a focus on Germany.
