The Province of Zuid-Holland has temporarily leased approx. 5,000 sq.m. office space in the 'Ypsilon Park', at Floris Grijpstraat 2 in The Hague. During the renovation of part of the Provinciehuis on the Zuid-Hollandlaan, the office space will accommodate approximately 350 provincial officials for a period of 4 years. The property is part of a fund managed by GARBE Institutional Capital Netherlands B.V.

Ypsilon Park' has a total floor area of approximately 11,865 m2 gross floor area divided over the basement, ground floor and first to sixth floors, as well as 112 parking spaces.

Ypsilon Park' is located on the Arendsdorp estate on Floris Grijpstraat in The Hague.
